#1704 wontfix 1-bit images (and some other pixel typed images) cannot be saved curtis bdezonia

Reported by bdezonia, 6 years ago.

Description

Create new 1-bit Image. Verify it can save. Now create a new 8-bit image filled with white or black. Run a legacy plugin like Show Info. The image type is changed to a 1-bit image (this issue documented in ticket #1703). When you try to save it you get an error:

[ERROR] net.imglib2.io.ImgIOException: Pixel type not supported. Please convert your image to a supported type.

#794 moved 16 bit images should auto scale on load curtis afraser

Reported by afraser, 8 years ago.

Description

16 bit images should use "pretty good" auto-scaling by default. (5%-95% or whatever IJ1 does)

EDIT: IJ1 does something different.

Test on the CT sample image which renders very differently in IJ1 and IJ2

Need to fix #795 first

#1294 fixed 3d Project command results not like IJ1 bdezonia bdezonia

Reported by bdezonia, 7 years ago.

Description

Open Organ Of Corti Run Image > Stacks > 3d Project Use all the defaults in the dialog

In IJ1 you get a multichannel image with 36 time points. You can alter T slider and see the image rotate

In IJ2 you get a multichannel image with 15 z planes. You cannot affect any rotation view.
